1. Competition Period
1.1 The competition opens at 9:00 am on Sunday 13 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday 13 September 2026.
1.2 All entries must be submitted during the competition period to be eligible.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Love, Nonna, their immediate family members, and persons directly involved in administering the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The competition is intended for couples who are planning or preparing for their wedding.
2.4 The person submitting the entry must be one of the couple intending to participate in the prize experience.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Love, Nonna competition entry form during the competition period.
3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.
3.3 Entrants must provide accurate and truthful information when completing the entry form.
3.4 Love, Nonna reserves the right to disqualify an entry where the information provided is false, misleading, incomplete or otherwise does not satisfy the eligibility requirements.
3.5 Love, Nonna accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or unable to be processed for any reason.
4. Selection of the Winner
4.1 This is a judged competition and is not a random draw.
4.2 One winning couple will be selected by Love, Nonna from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
4.3 Entries will be considered based on the information provided by the entrant, including their wedding plans, their interest in the Love, Nonna experience and their suitability for the prize.
4.4 Love, Nonna will select the entrant who, in its reasonable judgement, it considers would most appreciate and benefit from the experience.
4.5 The decision of Love, Nonna regarding the selection of the winner will be final, subject to any rights available to entrants under applicable Australian law.
4.6 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided in their competition entry.
4.7 If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of Love, Nonna's first attempt to contact them, or is found to be ineligible, Love, Nonna may select another eligible entrant.
5. The Prize
5.1 The winner will receive one Love, Nonna "Warm-Up Table" Cooking Experience Package, valued at up to $1,395 AUD.
5.2 The prize is for up to 10 people and includes:
a hands-on pasta making session;
pasta served with a sauce;
an antipasto platter served on arrival;
one alcoholic drink on arrival;
one alcoholic drink served with the meal; and
dessert.
5.3 The prize is limited to the inclusions listed above and does not include any additional food, beverages, services or activities unless specifically agreed to by Love, Nonna.
5.4 The prize is for a maximum of 10 participants. The prize value does not increase if the winner chooses to invite fewer than 10 people.
5.5 Additional guests beyond the 10-person maximum may only attend with the prior agreement of Love, Nonna and may incur an additional charge.
5.6 Additional food, beverages, alcoholic beverages or other requests outside the advertised package may incur additional charges.
5.7 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another Love, Nonna experience, or any other product or service.
5.8 The prize is not transferable or redeemable by another person unless agreed to by Love, Nonna in writing.
6. Prize Redemption
6.1 The prize must be booked and redeemed within 12 months of the date the winner is notified, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Love, Nonna.
6.2 The experience is subject to Love, Nonna's availability.
6.3 The winner may nominate their preferred date when making the booking. Love, Nonna will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the requested date but cannot guarantee availability on any particular date.
6.4 The prize must be redeemed as one complete experience and cannot be divided across multiple dates or bookings.
6.5 Once a date has been confirmed, Love, Nonna's standard cancellation and rescheduling conditions will apply.
6.6 The prize does not include travel, accommodation, transportation, parking or any other expenses incurred by the winner or their guests in attending the experience.
7. Alcohol
7.1 The prize includes alcoholic beverages as specified in the Warm-Up Table package.
7.2 Alcohol will only be provided to persons aged 18 years or over. Love, Nonna may request proof of age.
7.3 Love, Nonna reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol where required or permitted by law.
7.4 Alcoholic beverages included in the prize cannot be substituted for cash or a cash equivalent.
8. Changes to the Experience
8.1 Love, Nonna reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the food, beverage or other inclusions of the experience where required due to seasonal availability, supplier availability, dietary requirements or circumstances outside Love, Nonna's reasonable control.
8.2 Where a particular inclusion is unavailable, Love, Nonna may provide a reasonably equivalent alternative.
8.3 If circumstances outside Love, Nonna's reasonable control prevent the prize from being provided as advertised, Love, Nonna may offer an alternative experience of reasonably equivalent value.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected through the competition entry form will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and managing the prize.
9.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Love, Nonna's Privacy Policy.
10. Winner Publicity
10.1 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Love, Nonna may announce the winner's first name and surname initial on its website and/or social media channels.
10.2 Love, Nonna may request a photograph or short testimonial from the winner following the experience for promotional purposes. Any such use will be subject to the winner's consent.
11. General
11.1 By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
11.2 To the extent permitted by law, Love, Nonna is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay or expense suffered by an entrant or winner in connection with entering or redeeming the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
11.4 Love, Nonna reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
